2 cups of Paleo Cookie Flour Blend 1:1 for cookies
1 t. baking soda
1 T. arrowroot powder
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/4 c. butter softened
1/4 c. coconut oil softened
1 1/4 c. coconut sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 bar of 85% dark chocolate chopped

Directions:

Set oven to 375. Makes 2 dozen cookies.

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and set aside.

In a mixer cream the mashed bananas, butter, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Then add the vanilla and mix together.

While mixing on low add 1/2 cup at a time to the wet mix til all combined. Let sit for 5 minutes or so. Chop the chocolate bar into small chunks. Then add to mix and stir til combined.

Add dollops of dough (about 1″ circle) and cook for 10-12 minutes. (11 minutes was perfect for me.)
